ABOUT US

Safe & Healthy Communities is a registered charity made up of a group of volunteers from a variety of organizations that work collaboratively to promote safety, manage risks, and create awareness around injury prevention. The organization has identified four areas of need in our community: transportation safety, fall protection, school programs, and substance use. A committee of interagency volunteers will work together in each area to address the needs of local residents, provide education, and create programs that improve the quality of life in Assiniboia and area.

The organization's initiatives enhance the welfare of our community by providing education, events, and community programs.
